Jinpeng project - middle management cadre empowerment training camp

Jinying soared for nine days, Dapeng started to spread its wings, and Jinpeng chemical middle-level comprehensive management skills training camp was successfully completed.

We have the honor to invite Mr. Hu Jibai, a long-term specially invited lecturer of President class of Jiaotong University, PetroChina, Three Gorges group, China Merchants Group and China energy construction to give lectures. Mr. Hu once served as assistant to the board chairman of Yufeng group and director of strategic planning of Hubei Kondo company. He has rich management experience and teaching experience.

Mr. Hu explained and shared vivid examples from the aspects of role cognition, leadership, authorization and motivation, communication ability, time management, target management, meeting management, team building and training ability, aiming to improve the comprehensive management level of middle-level managers. Through this training, the trainees have a deeper understanding and understanding of "management", and have benefited a lot.
