Recently, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency issued regulation 2020-26014 to revise the residue limits of sethoxydim in some foods.


The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency conducted a risk assessment on toxicity, dietary exposure and impact on infants and young children, and finally concluded that the following residue limits are safe. This provision will come into effect on December 3, 2020, and the objection or hearing request should be submitted before February 1, 2021. The proposed amendments are as follows:
